About

We built the rehearsal we wish we'd had.

One student we kept meeting: smart, admitted to a good university, terrified of a five-minute conversation with a stranger at the consulate. AbroadReady is for that person.

Why country matters

A UKVI credibility interviewer does not probe like a US consular officer or an Australian Subclass 500 GTE assessor. The questions differ. The follow-ups differ. The red flags differ. Generic “interview coach” products flatten that into bland role-play and useless feedback. We don't. We're starting with the UK because that's the lane we have rubric-ready today — additional country lanes will open as each one is built to the same standard.

How we're built

  • The UK lane ships two question banks and rubrics: one for the Student Route credibility interview, one for university admission interviews. Each one is authored against published Home Office guidance and the patterns we've seen applicants stumble on. Questions are pinned per session (no live LLM follow-ups), so practice is reproducible and runs are comparable.
  • For UK Student Route we probe what UKVI probes: genuine student credibility, maintenance funds and the 28-day rule, course and university fit, the Graduate Route, and prior immigration history. For admission packs: programme fit, academic preparedness, research interest, and post-study plan.
  • The scorecard is direct. If you hedged on sponsor income, we tell you. If your “why this university” was generic, we tell you. Reports include phrasing fixes and an action-item checklist.
  • We never promise visa approval or admission. Nobody can. We promise you won't hear the hard questions for the first time at the counter or on the call.

Who this is for

Undergraduate and graduate applicants heading to the United Kingdom — from anywhere in the world. Built for first-time applicants, re-applicants after a refusal, and anyone whose interview is a few weeks out and who wants to walk in already knowing what the hard questions feel like.

Native English fluency isn't required. The rubric judges what you said, not how you said it. You can also answer in text if you'd rather not record voice.

Where we are

Small, founder-led, customer-funded. No outside investors, no growth playbook bolted on. We'd rather grow slowly and ship interviews that feel real than chase a metric that doesn't.
